Instantaneous flow volume and deviation

The maximum possible deviation for LORRIC’s paddle wheel flow meter is 0.5 % F.S. + 2.5 % O.R. which could be converted to the relation of maximum possible deviation and displayed data under different flow speed as seen below.

Flow speed

The data displayed on the screen is the flow speed in the T-connector. In most cases it will be a bit faster than the flow speed of same ordinary pipe at the same flow volume.

Cumulative flow speed and historical data.

Flow volume will be accumulated continuously until it is manually zeroed.

Maximum cumulative flow volume is 999,999,999 Litre and will be zeroed until it is exceeded.

Calculation of historical flow volume is based on the following rules.

  1. If cumulative flow volume is not zeroed on a certain day (ex. 2020/01/01), then the data on that day is the data at 23:59:59 minus the data at 23:59:59 on the previous day.

  2. If cumulative flow volume is zeroed on a certain day, then data on that day is the data by 23:59:59.

Date data of historical flow volume is based on the following rules.

  1. Recorded data will not be changed. Therefore, artificially setting a data recording date earlier than the previous one makes recorded data being the same or earlier between new and previous date.

Parameter affects historical data and flow direction. Historical date data is set by classification
