Identify Hardware/Firmware Version

Use the methods below to identify your product Hardware/Firmware Version

Identify Hardware Version

You can find the hardware version on the sticker on the left side of the device.

Identify Firmware Version

Firmware version could be found on the bottom right of the boot screen indicated by a red sign like shown below.

Select Product Manual Version

After identifying the Hardware & Firmware Version, Refer to the information below to select the right product manual
