* IP66 Rating IP66 stands for Ingress Protection 66. The IP rating is a standard that classifies the degree of protection provided by an electrical enclosure against the intrusion of foreign objects. The format is IPXX, where XX represents two digits: the first digit indicates the level of protection against contact and solid foreign objects (dust protection), and the second digit indicates the level of protection against water ingress. A higher number indicates a higher level of protection. For IP66: the first 6 means complete protection against dust ingress; the second 6 means protection against powerful water jets without harmful effect.
** Measurement accuracy is calibrated under controlled laboratory conditions using clean water at room temperature with CNS UPVC piping. Actual results may vary depending on fluid properties, piping conditions, installation, and environmental factors.
