# A22 自動設定零流量

### 定義

本功能用於重新校準流量計之零點（0 流量），即將流量計的輸出歸零。在超低流量量測時，透過設定零點可有效修正零流量偏移誤差，提升量測準確度。

本功能按下Start 後才會開始執行，本功能執行後，會自動更新 Z04 (自動設定零流量) 的設定。

建議您在超低流量量測時（即流量讀數在最大量程的10%以下時），務必執行Z04功能，因為對於低流量應用，小的偏移量也會造成大誤差。

舉例：在零點偏移誤差為 0.2 L/min情況下，對於實際流量是 100 L/min，誤差只佔約 0.2%。對於實際流量只有 0.5 L/min，誤差就高達近 40%。

### 注意事項

1. 此步驟務必在管路液體 <mark style="color:red;">「滿管且液體完全靜止」</mark> 的情況下執行。若在未滿管且液體靜止時進行 A22，將造成流量偵測誤差與數值跳動，如發生此狀況，請在滿管條件下重新執行 A22。
2. <mark style="color:red;">每次重新安裝，或是更改管路尺寸、材質，請重新執行一次本功能。</mark>
3. A22 功能與 Z04 相同，使用者可以選擇執行其中一個。

   (Z 系列參數 為快速設定用途，主要用於安裝時，將多個必要參數整合於同一系列中方便快速完成。)

### 操作流程

• 方向鍵選 A. 量測 → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 方向鍵選 A22 自動設定零流量 → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 按右灰鍵 start 開始 自動設定零流量狀態
• 機器開始執行後，會顯示 Start auto Z04 自動設定零流量狀態
• 一段時間(約30秒)後，會顯示 Set zero offset to ____
• 完成後會自動回到 A. 量測 - A22 自動設定零流量, 表示已經設定完成。
