# A21 自動上機初始化

### 定義

此功能用於將自動檢知待側流體的超音波聲速，協助流量計完成使用環境參數設定。使用時機為流量計[機構安裝](/qr/fu-lt-ultrasonic-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/installation-and-setup/mechanical-installation.md)、[電機安裝](/qr/fu-lt-ultrasonic-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/installation-and-setup/electronic-installation.md)、[參數設定](/qr/fu-lt-ultrasonic-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/installation-and-setup/parameter-setup.md)完成之後。

本功能按下Start 後才會開始執行，本功能執行後，會自動更新 Z03 (自動上機初始化)的設定。

### 注意事項

1. 此步驟務必在管路液體 <mark style="color:red;">「滿管」</mark> 的情況下執行。若在未滿管時進行 A21，將造成流量偵測誤差與數值跳動，如發生此狀況，請在滿管條件下重新執行 A21。
2. A21的自動上機初始化務必在滿管下執行，至於該滿管狀態下流體屬於流動或是靜止狀態，不影響結果。
3. <mark style="color:red;">每次重新安裝，或是更改管路尺寸、材質，請重新執行一次本功能。</mark>
4. A21 功能與 Z03 相同，使用者可以選擇執行其中一個。

   (Z 系列參數 為快速設定用途，主要用於安裝時，將多個必要參數整合於同一系列中方便快速完成。)

### 操作流程

主機共有4個按鍵。LCD 最下方(第 3 行)會顯示目前所有按鍵各自的功能。一般情況下，按鍵定義如下：

* <img src="/files/VJOWgDbmy0d4napPWBEP" alt="" data-size="line"> 橘鍵：最右邊的按鍵，進入設定、編輯或確認目前選擇

• 方向鍵選 A. 量測 → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 方向鍵選 A21 自動上機初始化 → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 按右灰鍵 Start
• 系統開始自動上機初始化
• 完成後，按左下角藍鍵 ESC 返回主畫面（綠燈）
