Safety Precautions
This product is a clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter, measuring flow based on the Time of Flight (ToF) difference of ultrasonic signals traveling upstream and downstream. Avoid using the product in fluids containing bubbles, solids, crystals, or sediment, as these may affect measurement stability and accuracy.
Install the main unit away from strong electromagnetic fields, magnets, or ferromagnetic materials to prevent interference with the sensing system.
Unused wires must be insulated properly to prevent electric leakage, short circuits, equipment damage, or risk of electric shock.
Before opening the unit, ensure there are no foreign objects above the sealing gasket on the bottom cover. When reassembling, tighten all screws evenly. Uneven tightening may damage the mechanism, and failure to remove debris or properly tighten screws may compromise waterproof and dustproof performance.
Always disconnect the power supply before performing wiring or opening the unit to avoid damage to electronic components or risk of electric shock.
Do not press buttons continuously for extended periods, as this may damage the button mechanism.
Electronic components naturally age over time and with environmental exposure. After the warranty period, users should evaluate the condition of the product and consider replacement if necessary.
Avoid operating the product for long periods when the LCD backlight displays orange or red, as this may cause damage or other losses.
Do not expose the display to direct sunlight or other UV light sources for prolonged periods.
Use and install the product as instructed. Failure to follow the manual may cause measurement errors, malfunctions, or damage, which are not covered by warranty.
Measurement Range and Accuracy
At low flow rates (< 1 m/s), measurement error may increase. Users should select an appropriate pipe size and installation method for their application. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed outside the recommended operating range.
Correct installation location is critical for accurate measurement. Follow the manual guidelines.
Warranty Terms
