# Z05 設定比例係數

### 定義

此功能用於校正流量計的測量精度。當流量計的顯示值與實際參考流量之間存在系統性偏差時，使用者可以設定此比例係數，讓系統自動修正輸出結果。

本功能用於將量測到的流量數據乘上一個固定的比例，範圍+0.001 到 +1000，預設值+1.0。本功能執行後，會自動更新 K03 (比例係數) 的設定。

系統自動修正輸出結果如下：（最終流量 ＝ 測量值 x K），舉例：若實際流量為 101.5 L 但儀表顯示 100 L，則K應設定 1.015 L。

### 注意事項

1. Z05 無法設定負數。
2. 如果需要量測負向流量，請到 A17 (負向流) 將此功能設為「開」。
3. K03 功能與 Z05 相同，使用者可以選擇執行其中一個。執行此功能後，系統會自動同步更新 Z05比例係數設定值。

   (Z 系列參數 為快速設定用途，主要用於安裝時，將多個必要參數整合於同一系列中方便快速完成。)

### 操作流程

Z05 設定比例係數流程
• 主畫面（綠燈） → 按右下角橘鍵 Setup，進入設定頁（橘燈）
• 方向鍵選 Z. 系統 (System) → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 方向鍵選 Z05 Scale Factor（比例係數） → 按橘鍵 Enter
• 使用灰色方向鍵選擇欲調整的位數（深灰底色顯示目前所在位數）
• 按橘鍵 Edit 進入調整模式
• 位數調整方式：按左灰鍵：數字增加 － 按右灰鍵：數字減少
• 完成該位數調整後，按橘鍵 Set (若需調整其他位數，重複上述步驟)
• 所有位數調整完成後，請按左下角藍鍵 Save 儲存資料
• 機器此時會顯示"是否存檔"
• 請按右下橘鍵 Save 以完成存檔 （若不存檔則按左下藍鍵NOT）
• 調整完成後，按左下角藍鍵 ESC 返回主畫面（綠燈）
