# 安裝及設定

## 安裝前確認項目

* 確認說明書版本與硬體及韌體一致，查看說明書版本請到[版本頁](/qr/fp-as510-paddle-wheel-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/master.md)。 
* 確認安裝環境符合量測需求，流量計前後需有一定長度長直管以利流場穩定。流量計最適點安裝在水平管的側面，或是從下流到上方的垂直管。
* 確認管路材質的耐溫、耐化性及尺寸。
* 使用藥液主副成份比例與操作溫度，會因行業別的不同而異，在購買流量計之前，請仔細確認以免損壞流量計。
* 本流量計使用磁性感測，部分流體中含有磁性物質會干擾產品功能。請避免使用。也請遠離其它會產生強磁場之產品如馬達及電磁閥。
