# NPN alarm 除錯流程 FP-AS310A

**環境及參數確認**

1. 確認主機供電正常。
2. 確認確認頁面數據與通訊數據是否一致。
3. 確認 NPN功能開啟及定義正確 ([參數 E02](/qr/fp-as310-paddle-wheel-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/parameters.md#e-tong-xun-can-shu-lie-biao))，如果 E02 使用脈衝v2，請確認 NPNPulse 問題排除流程。
4. 確認 NPN預設狀態導通『NC』或斷路『NO』 ([參數 E01](/qr/fp-as310-paddle-wheel-flowmeter-manual-chinese-v1/parameters.md#e-tong-xun-can-shu-lie-biao))。
5. 確認 Alarm A B C 的相關參數設定與需求相符。
6. 確認 電路接線正確，外部電源連線及供電正常，未使用的接線皆完成絕緣，確認周邊無磁場干擾。

**接收端硬體、電路及程式確認**

使用三用電錶的電流檔位接在 NPN+ 與供電正極間，確認當 C0=1 時，是否有電流通過。或是使用電壓檔位，確認 NPN+ 和 NPN- 之間在 S0=1 時是否有與供電電壓相近的壓差，第一次發現沒有正確輸出，請重新確認供電電路。

**結果及行動**

1. NPN輸出正常接收端設備及程式也正常，如數據仍有異常，確認其它異常發生原因 (管徑、流速)。
2. 本台主機可能有損壞，若手邊有其它台可進行交叉測試，確認接收設備、數據處理程式或是線路皆正常。
3. 記錄機身序號，配線圖 (所有流量計相關配線) 及接收端機型廠牌，與原廠聯絡。
4. 請確認接收設備、數據處理程式或是線路是否有異常。
