# ⚠Caution

* The FP-AS310 paddle wheel flowmeter measures flow using magnetism and the rotation of the paddle wheel. Bubbles, solid foreign matter, and magnetic substances in the fluid **must be avoided**. Ensure there is **no strong magnetic field interference** in the vicinity of the flowmeter.
* Unused wires **must be individually insulated** with appropriate insulating material to prevent **electric shock, short circuits, or equipment damage**.
* When disassembling the device, ensure there are no foreign objects on the sealing surface of the lower housing, then **tighten the 4 top housing screws evenly**. Uneven tightening may cause damage to the housing. If the screws are not fully tightened, the device **may not maintain its water and dust resistance rating**.
* To avoid damaging electronic components, **ensure the device is powered off** before disassembly.
* Flow measurement is based on the rotating mechanism of the paddle wheel. **The paddle or axle may be lost** under long-term abrasion or impact by external forces. Pay careful attention to any downstream equipment that may be affected by a **missing paddle or axle**.
* **Pressing the button for an extended period will cause damage.** Avoid excessive or prolonged button pressing.
* After the warranty period, electronic components will age due to operating time and environment. Under long-term use, **replace the product** according to its condition.
* **Do not operate the product under an Orange or Red LCD backlight for a prolonged period.** Product damage and related losses may occur.

**Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury or equipment damage.**

* During normal operation, the enclosure temperature may rise to levels that can cause burns.
* Allow the device to cool before handling, or wear appropriate heat-resistant personal protective equipment (such as insulated gloves).\
Failure to follow this precaution may result in personal injury.
